Summer is a time for rest and renewal, and too often we let the summer pass us by without truly taking a chance to enjoy it. I’ve started becoming more intentional about how I spend my summers and now create a Summer Bucket List to motivate me to inject my days with more FUN and SUN.
As a goal-getter, I had to challenge myself to let go of true GOALS for this summer and rebranded these as a FUN summer bucket list to keep myself motivated.
I’m looking forward to baking a pie or cobbler from scratch and reading more novels to stay inspired. I love stories that are rich in family history and whose character’s stories intertwine along the way. I just finished The Dying of the Light and am currently reading The Seven or Eight Deaths of Stella Fortuna. I keep a list of books I read on Goodreads.
I hope this inspires you to slow down and enjoy the summer before it’s over. Here’s to the Summer and to making the most of what matters with those you love most.
